Can I pick up my mother's prescription? What information do I need?
You must show the proper identification and you must be an authorized caregiver for the patient whose prescription you are picking up.
How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?
Call us with your pharmacy name, phone number, and the prescription name and number, and we will take care of the transferring for you.
What if I forgot to pick up my prescription at the indicated time?
We will hold you prescription for seven days. If you've forgotten to pick up your prescription in this time, call us and we'll be happy to refill it.
Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?
Yes, we support most major insurance companies.
Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?
Yes, we have trained Medicare Part D professionals on staff.
How can I get my prescriptions after hours?
You can reach us on the emergency after hour hotline at 417-671-1450 and we will gladly assist you.
Can you deliver my prescriptions?
Yes we will call to schedule delivery once we receive your request and phone number for contact. Our deliveries are free, but are limited to within the city limit of Cassville.
Can you help me with determining which Medicare D Program is best for me?
Yes. We have programs directly linked to medicare.gov. Our programs compare you pharmacy record to the available plans, and we can advise, and/or enroll you in new plans. This is a very simple process.
Did you or the pharmacy call me?
It is likely. We have friendly, automated reminders that it is time to fill a prescription that is past due, prescriptions are currently filled and waiting for you, and even HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
